Club Captain – Recommendation for Bill Franzi Trophy

Clean fridge, empty and turn off freezer

Turn off hot water (in shed)

Discontinue hygiene unit (seasonal arrangement)

Annual licence for courts 13 and 14 expires on 31st – renew with council

Lease on courts 1-12 expires 31 May

 

JUNE

Secretary     – Advise Tennis SA and Mitcham Council re change of committee

– Send copy of Annual Report to Mitcham Council

– List of all committee members with contact details to all committee members and                     copy for notice board

Greenkeeper Contract expires on June 30 (current one expired in 2020)
