**NEW**  FTD Adult Training sessions **NEW**
With Reade Park boasting a large adult community, Foundation Tennis has put together a group adult coaching program. To start we have offered 2 classes throughout the week. 1 offered for beginner/social players and one offered for competition players, looking to improve their understanding of the game.
Beginner/intermediate adult training sessions:

We would like to firstly offer a social adult program which is designed for beginner to intermediate tennis players, wanting to learn how to play tennis, and how to hold a rally with a partner/ opponent as let’s face it, nobody likes running around and picking balls up after every second shot during a hit! During this course we will cover basic technical fundamentals, (we use private lessons to cover greater technical changes) as well as how to maintain a consistent rally with general ball control. This can be used to either hit with your kids that are receiving coaching and want to hit with you, or to hit with friends or to use during social competition! We provide a fun friendly program while learning these basic skills.
Sessions will be held from 6:45-7:45 on Tuesday evenings at Reade Park Tennis Club. Other classes may open up due to the demand.
Price $200 for an 8-week coaching term.

Competitive play training sessions:

We would like to offer a competitive match play training session, aimed at our competition players. The sessions will cover doubles and singles tactics and drills, consistency drills and transition and net play development. We will get an idea of what you would like to work on throughout the term, and plan sessions and provide drills based on what you would like to learn and the skills that you would like to develop. We will also run through different common scenarios that you will most likely face from different opponents in your matches.
Sessions will be held from 6:45-8:00 Thursday evenings at Reade Park Tennis Club. Other classes may open up due to the demand.
Price $240 for an 8-week coaching term.
